PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE NOT FREE OF CHARGE, A FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
Can I return my order?
Yes, it’s possible.

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you have the possibility to return them within 30 days from the date of receipt.
In this case, your return must meet the following conditions:

  1. The returned item should remain in its original components and the packaging should match exactly as when the product was received.
  2. Normal handling of the product to detect breakage counts towards handling if needed.
  3. The product, when eligible for return, should be securely packed to ensure safe return shipping.

If the product is defective upon arrival:

  1. The product should be reported to the seller immediately upon receipt.
  2. Provide clear photographs of the defective item, including packaging if damaged.
  3. The return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

How do I return my order?
Send an email to: contact@neuera.store. Please ensure the email contains the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return request
  • Photos of the product in case of breakage
  • Customer name and order number
  • Customer return address

We will send back a reply to you with the return address.

Never return to the sender, as we will send you the correct address when you have asked us to.
Note: You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions: If it is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly related to his/her commercial or independent professional activity.

A. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you (including the initial shipping cost) using the same method of payment originally used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

  • For items with fully automated systems, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, nor refund the possible costs once the product has been shipped.

To ensure a fair right of withdrawal, you must inform us through a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The withdrawal is only valid if received within the 30-day period.

Road of shipment in transit:
Once products are shipped from our facility, they are no longer canceled since we will have no control. If you open the package and only return it, it is not possible to cancel them. Please return fully as mentioned in the return form above. Of course, you still retain the full advantage of your 30-day right to return.

In order to guarantee the fastest possible return, we highly recommend a shipping confirmation.

B. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the initial shipping costs (only the basic cost of standard shipping will be refunded), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of withdrawal. Returns are at your expense.
